Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original condition and packaging

  • Be free from odours, marks, pet hair, deodorant, makeup, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@9xracingco.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Where confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.


UK & EU Consumer Cooling-Off Period

In line with UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must still meet the return condition requirements listed above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Refused Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Are outside the 14-day return window

  • Show signs of wear, washing, or use

  • Are missing original tags or packaging

  • Do not meet our return condition requirements
