Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):

  • UK & Isle of Man: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Delays

9X Racing Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly in the first instance.

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@9xracingco.com and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
